Deposit & Payment Schedule
Cabins: For Cabin reservations, a credit card is required.
Guided Trips: For guided horse trips, spot packs, equipment drops or guided fishing trips, a 35% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notice in written form or via telephone must be made to Half
Moon Lake Lodge. At the time we receive the cancellation,
the following refund schedule will apply if Half Moon Lake Lodge
is notified:

prior to date of stay, no charges levied.
▪ Within 24 hours of the stay, the full amount for the first night will be charged to the credit card of the reservation.

Pack Trips
▪ More than 6 days
prior to your reservation, no charges.
▪ No refund on hunting trips unless you don't have your hunting license.
